of Pennsylvania.
KEVIN KUPITZ, DIRECTOR OF
SALES AND INSPECTION SERVICES:
18 years experience in nondestructive testing services. Currently
manages TCI inspection operations that include MT, PT, UT, ET, helium leak
detection, and Magnetic Flux Leakage. Level II in MT, PT, UT, RT and ET.
Member AMA, ASNT, NACE. Has been performing MFL Floorscans for 14 years.
DAVID CHRISTOF, PROJECT
MANAGER, API-653 Inspector:
Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 35 years experience in the
construction, repair, and inspection of above ground storage tanks. Worked
as field engineer and project manager for a major tank construction company.
Extensive experience in welding and metal fabrication. Currently inspects
and evaluates tanks in accordance with API-653. API-653 Authorized Inspector
(#0556).
JIM DEVLIN, P.E., PROJECT
MANAGER, API-653 Inspector, DESIGN SERVICES:
Professional Engineer with 30 years experience in the design,
construction, repair, and inspection of above ground storage tanks and
pressure vessels. Has extensive background in API-620 tank design and
evaluation. Has served as a construction engineer, superintendent, design
engineer, and manager of engineering for a major tank builder. API-653
Authorized Inspector (#0292).
